How to successfully rent from Spinni:
1. Send the following information to our rental manager at vuokraus@spinni.org
- Name
- Phone number
- Rental date
- Renting entity, e.g., association or company
- Equipment needs
Our rental manager will then work with you to build a suitable package for your event.
2. Inform us in advance when you plan to pick up the rental. In case of delays, notify us as early as possible.
3. Pick up the equipment.
– Arrange carrying help if necessary.
– The rental manager will fill out an agreement, which both parties sign in duplicate (one copy for Spinni, one for the renter). The rental agreement serves as your receipt – do not lose it!
– The person picking up the equipment must have the authority to sign on behalf of the renting entity.
4. Party hard (but don’t break the equipment)!
5. When returning the rental, ensure that all parts are included, down to the last cable. Confirm in advance that someone from Spinni will be there to receive the items. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEAVE THE EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE THE DOOR if the club is closed.
Payment Options:
- At pickup, either via MobilePay or cash.
- By invoice: Payment is due 10 days from the invoice date.
